The fourth day was Fairy Tale Day.
We watched some cartoons about «Goldilocks and the Three Bears». We listened to this story by Caroline Graham and then played a scene from it. The children after watching the cartoon drew some picturesof the story characters.
The second day – brain break action song “Socu, Bachi, Vira”, the children concentrate on the movements with increasing speed. We are having fun! Keep getting acquainted with each other and ourselves : “All About Me” and “Math About Me”. We are dancing, singing, drawing, speaking and playing.Young Canadians Dan and John are helping us.
The third day was a fashion day. The junior schoolchildren clothes were bright and unusual. The fashion show was creative and funny. The clothes vocabulary was revised through the song, dialogues, while reading and drawing.
The children are excited, noisy and a little lazy. The first drawings of the team emblems (‘BumbleBees,’ ‘Pretty Flowers’, ‘Ladybirds’), too hot in the classroom, then ‘A Ram Sam Sam’ song, an active brain break. Finally, the production of the team poster. All are looking forward for tomorrow.
